SSD HDD Hybrid Dual Boot

I recently purchased a Lenovo Y580 laptop which came with a 32GB SSD and a 1TB HDD.

I was wondering what advice I could get as to where I should put my W7 installation and my ML install.

I was thinking I may try to split it even (approximately) - 16GB on SSD for ML, 16GB on SSD for W7, 500GB for Windows files on HDD, 500GB for Mac files on HDD

Does anyone have advice on how I should do this? Can I install Mac programs I don't use as often on a separate partition?
