Can only boot in -x

Hey there, I just tried to install 10.8.2 out of a USB stick, it installed successfully, I tried to setup a few things but I still can only boot in -x, otherwise I get a panic screen.

My specs are
Q6600
EP43-DS3L
8GB
HD5450

I have dsdt.aml, NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, fakesmc.kext and a few others in E/E.

In the attached picture you can see what happens when I boot with -V.

Does anyone have any idea what causes it?

Thanks.

[SOLVED] Partition's Finder window is opening at login.

I installed Lion again, using this guide: http://www.insanelym...howtopic=260594 I upgraded to 10.7.2 and everything is great.
Yet I have a small, but annoying problem, a Finder window, which is actually the root of the Lion install partition I created opens every time I login to Lion (which is installed on a completely different hard drive).

I tried many things like deleting com.apple.finder..., deleting the .ds file from the desktop and unchecking it from login items in system preferences, non of which worked.

Anyone has and idea how can I make this Finder window stop appearing at login? I always uncheck the resume option when I shut down/restart.

Thanks.
