one of my refs did titan poker and put in the support ticket, copy pasted the welcome email and the deposit confirmation email into the support ticket, and got credit in a day! All while the owner was away for the weekend and on vacation! Makes it even more amazing... he has a support staff of 3 other people so I guess not that amazing
