I feel your pain. NVinjectGo.kext got me an external display with all the bells and whistles working. It was recognized at the internal resolution, and all available modes for the external were available. I think success will come when I try known working NVCAP values from Toshiba laptops. Dells have the same chip and NVinjectGo works.
