kernelcache is not being updated and Chameleon doesn't load it because it's older than Extensions folder
Quote/System/Library/Extensions is more recent than KernelCache (/System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/kernelcache), ignoring KernelCache
Looks like the problem is in AppleThunderboltNHI.kext which has unresolved symbols

Se você já instalou o sistema, não precisa fazer o que eu indiquei, eu tinha entendido que o problema era ainda no boot do DVD.
Você tem que agora fazer boot do HD usando -s e rodar os comandos para remover as kexts.

Looks like dd can't write boot1h to a mounted partition, but it will work if you unmount the partition before running dd and use /dev/diskXsY instead of /dev/rdiskXsY

What about including an option in Chameleon Wizard which unmounts the target partition (if it's not the current root partition, of course) before running dd command?

Standard Lion install method works (restore BaseSystem, copy Packages and mach_kernel), but if you are using Chameleon you'll need an earlier version (2.0 r752 works), recent versions result in instant reboot.
Clover also boots Mountain Lion flawlessly

No caso de 2 HDs É indicado instalar com boot0md no HD do Windows (use o Chameleon Wizard) e deixe o HD do windows como primeiro na ordem de boot do BIOS.

Deve estar "still waiting for root device", use o boot verbose (-v) para confirmar.
Se não tiver opção de SATA AHCI no BIOS, insira o device ID da controladora na kext

O vídeo X3100 funciona no Lion, mas só em 32 bit (como no Snow) e precisei usar a kext framebuffer do Snow para corrigir um lag no mouse

Problem: kernel panic.
Solution 1: remove AppleHDA and restart the system before installing VoodooHDA.
Solution 2: edit Info.plist, replace the key IOPCIClassMatch by IOPCIPrimaryMatch and put the PCI ID of your audio card in string.

A maioria das placas mãe têm esse problema no Lion, se o sistema entra em repouso e volta (sleep/wake), após reiniciar ou desligar/religar o PC, aparece uma mensagem no POST sobre "CMOS reset". Em alguns casos a mensagem é sobre a configuração do CPU e não chega a perder as configurações do BIOS, mas ela sempre aparece.
Para evitar o problema podemos fazer uma pequena modificação na kext AppleRTC.
Faça backup da kext original
sudo cp -R /System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTC.kext /System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTC.kext.orig
Rode este comando para modificar a kext
sudo perl -pi -e 's|\x8b\x45\xc8\x39\x45\xcc\x74\x0b|\x8b\x45\xc8\x39\x45\xcc\xeb\x0b|; s|\x8b\x45\xb4\x39\x45\xb8\x74\x08|\x8b\x45\xb4\x39\x45\xb8\xeb\x08|' /System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTC.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleRTC
