Hi LastExile,

Finally I got my HD3650 AGP working incl. ALL resolutions and QE/GL

Here's what I did:
1) Install Kaliway 10.5.2 (don't select any display drivers!)
2) After reboot remove all KEXT files from /System/Library/Extensions starting with "ATIRadeon.."
3) Install HD3650 AGP driver from page 1 (device id 0x9596)
4) With utility "OSx86 Tools" tick all the boxes in System Maintenance except the first two (Repair Perm. + Set ext. Perm). Press button "Run selected tasks".
5) With "OSx86 Tools" tick the 2 boxes in System Maintenance : "Repair Permissions" and "Set Extensions permissions" and "Run selected tasks" again.
6) Now Reboot
7) With "OSx86 Tools" enable Quartz GL.
8) Reboot

That's it. See attached screen.

Just to let you know that I successfully installed ATI HD 3850 drivers for my Sapphire AGP card (dev ID 0x9505).

My conf :

P4P800-E Deluxe
P4 3Ghz
iDeneb 10,5,5,
1,5 Gb RAM

Installed drivers to make the card work :

- ATI_Radeon_HD_3850_-_10,5,x_-_10,5,5 (on first page of this topic)
- Natit.kext_ATI38XX_MegadlonFB

CI & QE ok it's just so beautiful on 22' full HD !!!

Thanks to developpers of these drivers, and thanks to Philexile that convinced me to change my video card.

I have the mobo P4P800 De Luxe (without the E) + HD3650 AGP + 22" full HD BenQ E2200HD but I couldn't setup with IDeneb. What settings (drivers/patches etc) did you use during installation ? I really would like to have my monitor running all resolutions.

I did however install 10.5.4 from iAtkos 2.0 but somehow I can't get the HD3650 working properly; I only have the default resolution avalable . (Btw except for raid,VIA VT1610, everything else works: LAN/Sound/Printer/Printerserver)

I appreciate any help.

I'm running 10.5.4. Aitkos 2.0 on Asus MoBo P4P800E DELUXE.
Recently I put in a ATI Club HD3650 AGP 512 MB and had a BenQ monitor E2200HD hooked up to it.

Here are the specifics from Mac:

Reading through several posts I believe I need this driver:

It also seems that I have to install something like "AGPgart". If so which version ?
Is there a way when the install fails and Mac hangs to do a kind of rollback ?
Does anyone have a working setup with this card ? Please help.
