Can anyone using this board try out wake on LAN and share your experience?

My machine goes to a "limbo" state when it's put to sleep again after WOL (it goes on then off then on then off... every 5-10 seconds, display remains blank) I have to cut the main power stop that.

Drive me crazy.

My System:
GA-EP45-DS3R BIOS F11e
Intel Q6600 CPU
nVidia 8400GS 512MB graphics card
2 GB DDR2 RAM

I have this board with Q6600 but having trouble with wake on LAN.

Realtek1000 kext: wake on LAN doesn't work.

The vanilla AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext: wake on LAN works but the machine goes to a "limbo" state when it's put to sleep again (it goes on then off then on then off... every 5-10 seconds, display remains blank) I have to cut the main power stop that.

Anyone get that working? Or experience similar issue?

update the boot file and get it working for my Q6600 immediately, nice.. BUT it broke the video autodetection for my nvidia 8400GS so only one monitor working (I have dual display)! It also broke the DSDT hack of changing ICH10 to ESB2 SATA controller (eliminate the need of IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext for orange icon). Nothing under SATA in the SystemProfiler...

Restore back to original boot file, back to normal...

[Edit] compile chameleon myself with only the CPU injector code change. work ok for me now.

Can you wake up your hack from sleep via wake-on-lan? Doesn't work for mine.

EDIT: Just realised they have added an option in the energy saver preference. working now!

Like I said, I have a GIGABYTE-EP45T-UD3LR and am using a full retail install with Chameleon on 10.5.7, only extensions I have added are HDAenabler.

My Realtek 8111C was working out of the box, or so I thought! When I was trying to use the iTunes remote app. on my iPhone I realized I was missing Bonjour support. After re-reading the second half of this thread I decided to try out the (Psystar) Realtek 8111C drivers that are found in links in this thread. I installed the Psystar kext to my /System/Library/Extensions folder, and rebooted. I am getting 10Mb down, so I am not worried about speed issues, and Bonjour is FIXED for me.

Thanks everyone. ;)

Did you try wake on lan? My experience on that with this driver has been negative.
