Need help with MSI Z77A-G45

I just bought myself this motherboard and I would be really happy if anyone can help me fixing my DSDT to get my ALC892 sound card to work. I currently have it working using HDAEnabler, but I'd like to have something as clean as possible so it would be nice to get rid of that kext.

I also have problems to get rid of NullCPUPowerManagement that still gets loaded even though I removed it from /E/E. I tried booting with UseKernelCache=No -f, but it still gets loaded. I looked if it was in /S/L/E and it isn't, so I'm really out of ideas right now!

Instant Reboot - Core i5 540M Laptop

Hello!

My computer shuts off as soon as Chameleon is done loading all files and kernel.

I don't have time to take any picture, because it just instantly reboots.

I've tried many things:
PCIRootUID=1, cpus=1, maxmem=2048, busratio=19 and many more

If anyone could help, it would be highly appreciated!
