Hi I have almost the same notebook only i have other cpu i2450M I try install ML from dvd but notebook freezes . It would be great if only you could make an image of your system . if it is possible I tried different images but was not able to adjust video buggy program. This is the first installation guide that I see for N55SL .

I can see the system fully operational.
And if I try install system from DVD but after notebook freezing after start installation .
