Hi mate,

If you go to VMWare's site or search Google for VMWare Player you will be able to install OSX better. It is a lot more stable and faster than Virtualbox.

You can install GRUB Bootloader, my advice would be to install the bootloader to the Linux partition then that way Chameleon will pick it up.

This is what I have done and it works flawlessly.
