Bluetooth Trust 2400p driver

11 April 2011 - 11:10 AM

I use the Trust 2400p USB dongle. It works out of the box but sometimes it loses connection after sleep and I can't wake the computer up by pressing a button. There are two approaches to get this to work but none of them seems to work completely. Did anyone have more luck with the Trust 2400p?

I posted an experimental version of the driver but it doesn't work with wake up by bluetooth. Sometimes it wakes but after this sleep doesn't work properly (fans stay on).

Fixing Bluetooth and sleep issues

04 April 2011 - 02:31 PM

Sometimes Bluetooth doesn't work after resume. If I just unplug it, my magic mouse works immediately. Is it possible to disable it and reenable it by a script after waking up from sleep?

Also it would be nice to wake up with the mouse but I don't know how I can do it.

Sleep just never works

13 March 2011 - 06:05 PM

I tried everything but it just not sleeps. For now it shuts down the HDD and spins up again immediately. The log says System Doze and Previous Sleep Cause: 0.

I tried OpenHaltRestart, EvoReboot, SleepEnabler together with a proper DSDT.aml. I use the latest kernel from Nawcom. The system is AMD on 10.6.6.

Changed every jumper and BIOS setting - no sleep.

PLEASE help me!

Full energy efficiency with Intel Atom?

12 March 2011 - 09:53 PM

I want to build a server for data only. So I need a energy efficient system with fully working sleep and power states.

The ZOTAC NM10-DTX has a Intel Atom D525. Will this CPU work with SL and use the full power management of the CPU? Is Mac OS able to use power management of the Intel NM10 Express?

How to get graphics acceleration without display

09 March 2011 - 09:37 PM

I use one computer only through vnc. The problem is that it has no QE/CI if I don't have a display connected to the ATI card. Is there any way to avoid this and get acceleration?
