Is it installed on your efi partition check to see if your efi partition has a extra/org.chameleon.boot.plist
diskutil list #to find your disk0s
mkdir /Volumes/efi
sudo mount_hfs /dev/disk0s1 /Volumes/EFI #change it to your disk0s

In your dsdt i noticed you haven't got a dual link patch, and on wake is it waking your nvidia card ? I've added a doff to turn your card off on wake and the dual link patch.

It's a old post so don't know if it works but worth a try for your sleep button from http://forums.macrum...ad.php?t=884335
Found something on the Apple forum regarding a specific sleep issue: "If that doesn't work or you've never faxed on your Mac, go to Finder/Hard Drive /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration and delete the com.apple.PowerManagement.plist and com..apple.AutoWake.plist files (if your Mac asks, type your admin. password).
If the latter file isn't present in the folder, go to user name(probably your name)/Library/Preferences, delete the com.apple.systemuiserver.plist file, and reboot your Mac."

I dont think it has anything to do with the battery kext , i've come across a real mac with the same issues with a ati card the only way to fix was disable deinterlace or install the dvd framework from lion.

Hi here is my Rom.
When you boot and get a black screen try your vga if you have one, If that works you may need to force Edid.

Can't boot with your dsdt i get stuck on still waiting for root after usbf error (0xe00002be) and atherosLicEthernet couldn't map io regs and couldn't probe adapter.
Tried the usb fixes in chameleon and drop kernel caches ect but still no boot.
I'm using lion from the app store i think the only things patched is appleRTC.kext,AppleLPC.kext, AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext AppleACPIPlatform.kext, AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext, AppleHDA.kext and using VoodooPS2Controller.kext.
There's nothing much in my extra all my kext's are loaded from S/L/E . Attached Files Extra.zip 275.86K 18 downloads
