@ Iperzampem0,i have checked the two EDID , they are different, but only in description, all technical stuffs are the same.Your Edid  Monitor   Model name............... t Flat Panel   Manufacturer............. NVD   Plug and Play ID......... NVD0600   Serial number............ n/a   Manufacture date......... 2002, ISO week 45   Filter driver............ None MineMonitor   Model name............... t Flat Panel   Manufacturer............. NVD   Plug and Play ID......... NVD0400   Serial number............ n/a   Manufacture date......... 2002, ISO week 45   Filter driver............ NoneThe last byte (checksum) is normal that is different. One interesting Thing i note is : Screen size is wrongly encoded in EDID  14,9" instead of 15,6" , but it is only a cosmetic thing. EDID revision............ 1.3   Input signal type........ Digital   Color bit depth.......... Undefined   Display type...

Hi iperzampem0, Brightness can be tuned from color profile manager. I nave no brightness controll under monitor preference panel. No way Yosemite runs well , but with 2Gb of RAM i prefer OSX Mavericks because it runs better and i like "old style" desktop. I never tried to fix SD card reader, because usually i don't need it With 4GB you can run the OSX you like See Ya sent from my iPhone

Hi, To get your original dsdt, you can create/ use an Bootable Clover USB pen. Press F4 and get saved your dsdt. To patch it, you need only to insert GPU patch to get Qe/Ci Btw on install process you can use no dsdt I use imac12,1 smbios.plist , fakesmc.kext and nullCPUpower only. If you use trackpad kext you don't need an USB keyboard and mouse. Tips: on first boot nv_disable=1 , let you use internal LCD.

Hi, By direct trials and experience i have successfully installed on Sony Vaio with no iusses: Osx Lion Osx MLion Osx Mavericks Osx Yosemite And also Tiger , Leopard and Snow Leopard. My trials to install Osx El capitan were unsuccesfull in the past Now i will retry , but by now i also get "still waiting for root device" It seems something is changed in USB management, so it prevents to boot from USB device. (i.e. Sierra and El capitan ) My external HD boots fine with Enoch 2725 or 2839 from Tiger to Yosemite , but not 10.11 I cannot run Sierra because i haven't yet changed my CPU. If you have an external hd , you may try this: 1) Clone a working Sierra installed OS from another pc with Carbon Copy Cloner. 2) boot from Osx Mavericks or similiar 3) copy Sierra on internal SSD. 4) try to boot it with a bootable USB If works, then you can install bootloader on SSD and make some post installation fix as Qe/ci , etc. This is an unconventional way to install MacOS, but you c...

Hi Iperzampem0, Welcome back ... If you have Intel core2 Duo T9300 , you can install MacOS Sierra. First of all -> read a tutorial to create an USB Install pen of OSX you choose. Then you have to create HD space to install OSX and dual boot Windows10. -> read tut on forum. After you have installed OSX, you can enable QE/CI. You can use Enoch or Clover bootloader .. Tips boot with nv_disable=1 option to get LCD screen working... on install See ya sent from my iPhone 7 Plus

#2364518 16GB USB Stick... how vital is the size?

Posted by pippox0 on 07 February 2017 - 11:00 PM

Update for those who may have the same question down the line. Even though most of the install guides seem to insist that your install USB MUST be 16GB, I've been told that using a larger size drive does not matter. So you should read that as "AT LEAST a 16GB drive". Hope this helps! 16 Gb is enoght , the minimum space to install last OSX. However size doesn't matter ... If you have more space , it's better ... sent from my iPhone 7 Plus

#2361224 Older Hackintosh CMOS reset error on Sierra

Posted by pippox0 on 02 February 2017 - 05:54 AM

Hi, Maybe AppleRTC was not correctly patched ( maybe something is different from older one ) or something is related to New Clover version. However you can try the old Kext ElliotRTC to see if help to resolve the issue. Btw the Best Solutions is to patch AppleRTC and inject in Clover o DSDT some other patch to avoid cmos reset error.
