10.5 Expose hack not working on my hackintosh

I have applied the 10.5 expose hack (found on macrumors) on my macbook. It works fine. When I try to apply it on my Dell optiplex gx620 , Dock.app will not load. I have set the permissions correctly but still no go. Console says Dock.app crashed with a seg fault. As I said, it works fine on my normal mac

Has anyone applied this successfully on a hackintosh.

Im using Legacy 10.8.0 kernel with Fakesmc
