I have installed ML on a Toshiba Laptop A205-S5825
Easy install
I got everything working except Wifi and blue tooth

I checked at boot > it reports fail to load.

I installed ML ! Easy > no problem for basics. sound works fine. I can't find the specs on the web for lan or wifi.
I have no wifi or lan. runs hot when i installed apps.

any help will be appreciated.

HP 7700 ssf  4g ram   HD sata 500   HD Sata 750
gma intel exp  965    ALC262

I  have installed  ML 8.2 on Two Hard Drives.
Sata 500 gig with 3 guid partions
rd 1s1 win 8
rd  1s2 ML > first install, I then created an image "DMG" after everything except audio worked.
rd  1s3 ML
I made 3 guid partions on Sata 750
repaired all disks
I restored img to two of the partions . both booted. with -x -v > repaired permissions.
formatted one Efat for storage.

My only problem left is no audio
have tried ac97 , voodoo , azall, ALC 262 hda with codec patch.
sound settings show in system pref . but I have no sound.

Hi Guys and Gals
I have installed all the mac OS. I keep thinking lion and ML , an't worth the time or money. few minor changes.I Installed all just for the fun of the test/task.
I use Mac for office use (security) and windows 8/7 for play time.
right now  I'm running Lion 10.7.4 , thinking of going back to 10.6.5

                                     any advice from you Mac experts.

I am new to mac.
I installed iatkos L2 from usb drive after booting to leopard installed on a 8g usb. something to think about .after the install (i formated hd GUID) ,i could not boot the usb leopard.
at install >at boot options I had to select options then try to install, until it worked.
like video at 1078. install intel 1000 lan kext using win 7 mac drive. I learned a lot. i finally found ktext helper. I still know very little  about >plist > DTST >ect
I loaded hda voodoo for ALC262 sound. speaker shows at top of screen but no sound.
I have a codec file but I don't have a clue how to load it.
My next shot will ML later.
I will buy a Del or Lenovo , HP is hard to work with and not reliable.
