Hello!
What is the difference between VIA_VT1802-Mic_Fixed and VIA_VT1802?

I've tried both, but no one is working with your _DSM in Readme.
So it only works with my old _DSM
But no mic at all. Mic_Fixed "says" that input device don't support any controls.

Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) // _DSM: Device-Specific Method
                {
                    Store (Package (0x06)
                        {
                            "device-type",
                            Buffer (0x0B)
                            {
                                "VIA VT1802"
                            },

                            "layout-id",
                            Buffer (0x04)
                            {
                                 0x03, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
                            },

                            "PinConfigurations",
                            Buffer (Zero) {}
                        }, Local0)
                    DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0))
                    Return (Local0)
                }

Hello Mirone, i'm trying to extract codec verb for VIA VT1802.

Here the data i've got for node 0x25 (Pin Default: 0x0221401f), verb command 71f: 02571f02. But in your Platforms.xml it's 02571f01

Which correction you use in this case?

sorry, not microphones are supported via VT1802.

Is there differences betwen VT1802 and VT1802P? (i can take laptop with VT1802P for testing)

I found guy who patched VT1802P for int. mic/mic, but can't contact him. (link)
