I want to install Mountain Lion on Virtualbox, but it keeps crashing on me. I have the iAtkos release. Can anyone help me?

I'm trying to install Hazard's Mac OS X, but i keep getting a kernel panic at the installer. Before the CD starts up. HELP!!!

I'm a total newb when it comes to installing Mac OS. I've never used it before, and i need help installing it on Virtualbox. I tried a few distros, but none of them worked. Also, is it supposed to display a grey screen for a few minutes before it starts?
