Niresh 10.8 on ASUS A46CM - Boot stuck on PCI Configuration end

I'm having a dualboot installation for ML 10.8 with Windows 7 Pro. I'm using Niresh's distro to install it with no problem. But when I'm going to boot from the niresh's dvd, it gets stuck on

I've tried cpus=1 busratio=16 -f -v

and then it gets stuck on

Intel Core i7 - 3517U
RAM 4 GB
Intel HD 4000 + Nvidia GT 635 2GB
WLAN Atheros
LAN Realtek
Souncard ALC269
