About Me
Though new to the hackintosh scene, I have quickly familiarized myself with building hackintosh installations. I've done work in editing graphics kexts and modifying networking kext files with device ids and other support (as examples). InsanelyMac is my most recommended hackintosh resource website for new users who need guides and files.
Originally a user of a competing hackintosh website (do Tony and Mac ring a bell??) I left after being banned for registering with more than one email address. My IP address is now completely banned from the website.
BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION:
Learn about the major software components of a hackintosh build - Kexts, DSDTs, Kernels, EFI bootloaders, etc. When things go wrong or you lose support for a particular installation you will know how to fix it much better. Besides, knowing how to mod the vanilla software components that are provided within OS X will put you in much better shape performance-wise versus downloading some "do-it-all" program or file from websites like "Tony" "Mac".
