Yep that did it xD

I thinkmi caused the grapic issue myself, wth it being an ivy bridge i instaled nridge helper...but i have an ati 4770HD connected! Is thst easy to fix?

So much faster than SL even without grahics acceleration!

ok i removed that kext in single user mode

now it doesn't KP, it goes to the grey apple and spinner but just hangs there until i press the power button to kill it then throws up a KP

i'm so close, just seems everytime i overcome something another thing pops up

i got the bootloader working like you said

It loaded to the grey apple, there was some activity then panic. i booted verbose and thats a screen of it

GivIng up for today, been at this for 5 days now im mentaly exhausted.

I hae snow leopard on a seperate disk

Mountain lion is installed but i cant get the bootloader to run.

K ml is installed now, it lost the bootloader after the reboot . I have the ML boot cd (says chimera 1.9.1) but it doesnt boot ML
