In Topic: Dual monitor artefact (HD4000 - HDMI + DVI)

Like I said. the two monitors work just fine when I plug in my HDMI cable after the system is booted. Only when the cable is connected during boot both screens get messed up.

Also I tried other cables, but I still have the same problem. When I used my GTX 770 with the same cables, everything worked just fine. But now with the HD4000 it doesn't work.

When I boot with only my DVI screen I don't have any problems and when I connect my HDMI there aren't any problems at all.

So it only happens when both screens are connected at boot.

So that's not the problem

In Topic: Weird problem with Chameleon/Chimera. Bootloaders not loading

Okay, so I tried to format my TimeMachine drive but without luck. It still wasn't booting up when it was connected. After that I tried the Scan Single Drive flag in Chameleon and voila! It worked, now it is starting normally! I still don't know what the problem really is, but I can live with that!

Thank you very much Gringo Vermelho!

In Topic: Weird problem with Chameleon/Chimera. Bootloaders not loading

For some strange reason my TimeMachine disk /dev/disk1 was messing up the loading of Chameleon. I got this great idea if Chameleon would work if I detached all of my drives and guess what: IT WORKED! Let's try with only the Mac OS X disk: IT WORKED! Now try to reconnect all the drives one for one and Chameleon got stuck loading when the TimeMachine drive was connected.

For now I disconnected this drive, but maybe someone is able to help me with this strange problem? Should I reformat my drive and try it again (after I made a backup of my backup?) and if that works copy back all the data?
