Before you press enter to boot, try typing -v and then tell me what you get.

Well, there's not really any set "Newb to pro" or "Hackintosh for dummies" sadly... I recommend just googling things and you eventually just kinda learn... For example, everytime I get "Still waiting for root device" I would type "rd=diskX" (where X is a number such as 0).  So for your late night reading, just google something your interested in as far as hackintoshes... For example: http://lmgtfy.com/?q...ckintosh 10.6.8 This will automaticaly search google for how to update your hackintosh from 10.6.6 to 10.6.8. Which you could read, and then learn how to update your hackintosh without a kernel panic (which is useful for people with AMD, like me :D ) I hope that helps, kinda hard to explain lol :)

Oh, thank you :D I heard something about a beta legacy kernel so I'll try that out.  I think this card is just highly unsupported sadly :/ Thank you for helping me get things straight :)
