MicroM Posted April 17, 2008 Share Posted April 17, 2008 Hello, I have Kalyway leopard dual boot with xp, now i run the ralink driver STA_CardbusPCI-D1.0.4.0 UI-1.3.0.0_2006_11_23.dmg this install the ralink program that recognize my Wireless Lan, but i cant surf on safari. I think the USB adapters for ethernet have working drivers but the PCI cards have problems. Just the other day (yesterday, maybe) someone said they had one working with WEP security. The member that wrote the RT2500 USB drivers said he would make drivers for the PCI cards too, but that was over a year ago and nobody's heard from him since then. There are links in that forum thread to Mac OSX drivers from RaLink's websites, one in the US and one in Taiwan. The one from Taiwan is supposedly for Leopard 10.5 but it's garbage. Have you seen the "No device!!!" message from the wireless utility? Anyway, the most up to date discussion about the RT2500 is in that subforum (X-Scripts), even though it says USB in the title there's plenty of talk about the PCICardbus drivers too.
