When i'm in vista, i can have my charger plugged in for days and it won't get hot. and my battery life is incredible without. when im in osx, my battery life decreases (kind of expected), but my charger became so incredibly hot, that when i put a droplet of water on the surface of the charger it pretty much boiled (needless to say it was a little warmer than normal, to the touch). incompatible hardware? im thinking maybe cpu monitoring tools etc. but i dont think its overheating, so its probably lowest on the neverending list of hardware issues i seek resolutions for.
