yangyuruc Posted April 6, 2008 Share Posted April 6, 2008 hi guys! i am not a native english speaker.please help me . my notebook is hp6520s 259pa graphic card is GME 965 also called Intel GMAX3100,my driver id is 2a12 i have tryed GMAX3100 driver with adding my driver id in natit.kext when i restart my computer,it doesn't work,i can't change resolution i also install gmax3100.pkg also useless anyone with gmax3100 with driver id 2a12 can fix the problem? my system is lepoard 10.5.2 i search the forum found 2a12 card is differrent. thank you !!! SticMAC™ Posted April 6, 2008 Share Posted April 6, 2008 the GMAX3100.pkg loads the XXXXXXA.kexts do a "Leopard Graphics update v1" this loads the latest kexts, if you get a white display, or blue one connect to an external monitor to see what is what! I needed to use "Switchres" to get my frequency to 60Hz but after a few reboots it settled itself!
