mac-art Posted April 1, 2008 Share Posted April 1, 2008 Hi all,i m a newbie. yesterday i successfully installed uphuck 10.4.9 v1.4r3 on my PC,video card and sound card are supported. today i download the UpdCombo pakage and update it to 10.4.11 but keeping the old kernel and some kexts. after reboot i found that the screen resolution only support 1024x768. I've read this thread http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=88060 following the instruction i download Diabolik GMA900 fixer pakage and install it and repair the permissions. after that i reboot osx with -f -v option, then i found the screen mess with blue and black color I can only see the mouse moving trace i reboot again in safe mode, this time the screen have no problem,and can support 1280x1024 resolution.
