EGOvoruhk
I picked up a 9800GX2 for my main rig. The thing is basically 2 8800GTS G92s sandwiched together. It's based off the same chipset, and has the same amount of memory per card, etc. It's all attached via SLI, but only uses one slot So, does anyone know if this thing will work? Thanks in advance
smiley2billion
I'd be interested if anyone has tried one of these monsters as well, I'm looking to upgrade from a 6800 GS and this card is looking like it might be the one.
cyclonefr
maybe it would work using nvinject and adding your vendor id into nvda50hal.kext... but only one core for sure
EGOvoruhk
How would I go about doing that? I've been using NVInstaller to install my other cards I did a quick Google search. Would I need to do something similar to NVDAResman.kext?
japhex
Using the EFI string that works on 8800GT and 8800GTS the 9800GX2 dosen't work. Crashes during boot.
