When can I watch TV, and what do I need to make it work. Do I just need cable, or what? Sorry, this is probably a noob question, but im newer in the world of Mac. No they don't have a tuner installed, you want to check into the EyeTV software from Elgato they have a list of compatibile turners that can be used with their software including a couple they make themselves they usually hook up to the computer via USB. JSn1™ Posted April 8, 2008 Share Posted April 8, 2008 I got the Pinnacle PCTV HD TV Tuner. It works awesome with EyeTV, HD signal works flawlessly.
