poopmonkey Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 Alright I tried to install the .kexts in this topic. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=81048 I think I put the files in the right place and I replaced it. I also backed up the original files. But now I get a kernal panic on startup. Now how exactly do I get back onto Tiger 10.4.9? I'm running it on a Acer Aspire 5601 AWLMI. The build of the Tiger is Jas. So if anyone can clearly explain to me how to get this firewire card working on mac, that would be great.
