Vista Leopard Help

OK--So I have successfully installed iAtkos on one HDD and it is running flawlessly. The problem I am having, is Windows will not even install unless I physically disconnect the HDD with leopard on it from the mobo. The error is that the drives have no usable partition. Here is a little bit about my setup: ASUS P5W-DH Deluxe, Intel Core 2 Quad, 2 Gig/RAM, 3 HDD's--2 SATA drives and one IDE Drive. Leopard is installed on the IDE drive, while Vista is intended to be installed on one of the SATA drives. It seems, from what I gather, both OS's want to be on IDE 0, hence why one will work if the other is disconnected. Anyone with thoughts or tips on this one? Thanks.
