mtotho
I know this has been asked. I searched it. I have found no definitive answers. Is tv out working just depends on which card you have? I have nvinject .33 installed.. tv out doesnt work with either yello composite or ypbr. I already have 2 monitors set up.. the tv i want to hook up does infact have a DVI and VGA.. but i already have my 2 slots taken, and no i will not temporarily switch, i am looking for a fix. Has anyone gotten this to work.. mtotho
jricks92
i'm also looking for a solution to this problem. I cannot get tv out to work in osx. When i boot up with the s-video cable plugged in i can see the grey apple and the spinning thing under it. Then once it loads the gui and finder and stuff it just suddenly looses connection to the tv. I don't know whats going on. I have nvinject 0.2.1 installed. It's like the frequency rate is out of range. I VNC into the Mac and found the display set to 1024x768 @60hz. I'm using the s-video to component cable to connect to my Toshiba HDTV (crt based, not flat panel). I've used my Toshiba for years connected to a linux box. Would be nice if the Mac worked as well! I also would like to get the TV out working on my NVidia 8800 GTS 320 (ASUS EN8800GTS320). I've used EFI studio to get it up and running under iatkos 5i. In my opinion it's working perfectly except for the tv out. Ideally I would like to get to a working setup with one DVI monitor and one TV permanently connected to the port (even on boot if possible). Is there currently any solution for this problem? Are there any proven methods for other NVidia cards that I could try? Anyone else with this problem? Thanks... System: | Intel Core2Duo 6750 2,66 GHz | Asus P5K | Asus EN8800GTS320 | iAtkos 5i, Standard options, Intel Sata, used EFI Studio for hardware graphics support... PipoDC
All I know is that you can get Dvi+Dvi or dvi+tv-out..... I now use EFIstudio to get my 8800GTS 320MB working on DVI with QE. Do you now how to get to a DVI + tv-out setup? Do I need any special drivers or modifications?
