shanewhittington Posted March 10, 2008 Share Posted March 10, 2008 I have installed 10.4.6 on my inpiron 9300 and tried using my built in wireless card (intel pro 2200bg) but wasn't happy with the results and so never bothered using it. But now this card has packed up and I need a new one... So I was wondering if anyone could tell me which wireless card is best for Jas 10.4.6? I'm ideally looking for a pcmcia (pc card) because I don't know how to replace the built in one (although I'd give it a try if anyone could point me in the direction of a guide) and I need it to be fully supported in windows and also if possible supported by backtrack (version 2). Also the absolute cheapest card is best for me (2nd hand from ebay sort of thing)..... Hope all this isn't too much to ask and I look forward to any suggestions. Thanks for reading...
