altair1979 Posted March 3, 2008 Share Posted March 3, 2008 I've installed Leo 10.5.2 (Zephyroth's release) on my AMD pc. All went smoothly for a couple of days when all of a sudden all graphics onscreen just got slower and slower until I couldn't do anything. So... I reinstalled leo only to realize that my 8600GT Silent II graphics Card is damn hot. I cannot place my finger on it for more than 5 seconds!!! Is this normal?? nikkpap Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 dont worry mate. i have the same problem the silent is no so silent i suppose so if you can find a small fan like this http://www.pctechnology.gr/mod/Hemi/Reviews/striker/FAN.JPG you can help your card not to be so hot.....
