As title says, I've been searching GeForce 8600GTS 256 and nForce5 networking controler drivers for 10.4.10 but I haven't found them and have been searching everywhere for 3 days. Drivers for 10.5.x don't work so I have no idea where else to look. Can someone please provide me links to them. I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

PS: I tried these but no go...It detects my 8600 gts but won't load gui.

Thank You for your reply. I've set up 10.5.1 but none of the drivers for 8xxx are working - Installer fails or just successfully installs the drivers but I get the error message that NVDA50 and smth can not be copied and used. I tried I know, wierd... Should I have 10.5.2 becouse there says that drivers are for 10.5.2?

I installed 10.5.2 update for AMD and managed to set up drivers for 8600 GTS to work (partly), but then I updated the kernel I had to reinstall whole OS and update. Now i can't get drivers for GF to work :S I have no idea how i did it before but now I can't (even if I haven't modified anything) :/ I even don't know with which drivers it worked becouse I have a couple of them...

I have Gigabyte 8600GTS and nForce5 mobo.

khm...apparently I'm haveing a monologue here :)

So I solved all my problems with graphic (more or less), sound and internet. What I did?

For Graphic (8600 GTS 256) I simply downloaded Zephyroth AMD 10.5.2 Rev.1 DVD and selected drivers while reinstalling OS.

For internet I disabled a nForce built in ethernet card and bought a cheap few euros worth Realtek 8139 PCI card that worked out of the box =)

For built-in sound card (ALC888) I found HDA_ICH9_ALC888 drivers somewhere on forum and installed it with Kext Helper also found on forum.

So I have all working now =) I must just figure out how to select a higer refresh rate, at the moment the only option is 60Hz
