MacRulesWorld
What would you do if Steve Jobs dies suddenly and Microsoft buys Apple what would be the first thing you would do. Not trying to be a pessimist just consider because Jobs has cancer. What If?
A Nonny Moose
MS can't buy Apple. The US Justice Department just won't allow it.

Gabotron
Lol... Why wouldn't they? If the decison makers see a big $$$ opportunity, at the expense of being ruled by Microsoft, they wont hesitate, business always worked that way in america. Those people are humans, too. Even though some of you seem not to be aware of that, or juste like to believe they are not.

rob356
Microsoft cannot buy Apple, then they would be accused of having a monopoly. and even as a precaution to prevent that when Apple wasn't doing too well they invested a couple million in Apple. So Microsoft DOES own part of Apple *gasp*
Gabotron
That is true. However, I find silly to believe that some business mans would spit on profits just for the sake of preserving the uniqueness of a brand. While I actually wish it'd work that way, it does not.
