Maybe not what you're asking, but if you have an installation of XP on another machine, you can get those from:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\sol.exe

C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball\PINBALL.EXE

and just copy the exes over. Both seem to work fine on my iMac Core Duo 17".

If a program needs a DLL, such as Paint (C:\WINDOWS\System32\mspaint.exe) which needs mfc42u.dll, I've simply been copying it into the same directory on the Mac, where Wine finds it okay.

But I don't know where these Windows system programs can be downloaded off the net.

Actually, a better place for it is in your wine C: system32 folder - usually ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32. If you were feeling daring you could copy the entire Windows XP system32 folder to that location... see what happens.

Photoshop 6 works, as does WinRAR 2.x, PearPC, and Windows 2000 Setup Autorun (LOL).
