no.

why?

motion for example is really fast..

what should i have in my mind for final cut? maybe i missed something really important in the settings

maybe it doesnt use both of my 4 cores? in activity monitor it shows that it does..

example of test: i import a file (mpeg2) and if i add some effects it lose the real time ,the playback is skipping frames

yesterday i captured a HDV tape in the apple's format ,things got better but far from perfect as it should be in my q6600

please post your opinions ,cause i really need to start working in final cut (i know very well premiere in pc but i want to quit it)

compare how premiere in pc edits a video ,final cut in hackintosh is worst

but all the other programs react faster than xp (photoshop, after effects etc)

motion for example that should be a "heavy" app runs damn fast even with 10 videos in stage and effects etc

so please help ;)

Yeah... uh realtime?

Trying to play realtime effects is like trying to butter your toast while it's still in the toaster. Besides putting in serious hardware, your best bet would be to tweak the settings of editing playback. Make it lower res or such. Premiere is good at that.
