Nadeo
Hi folks, i bought a Belkin Wireless G+MIMO PCI Desktop Card. On box stands it support Tiger 10.4.x. But not Leopard. The includet drivers are a special Version of Ralink RT61. On Belkins-Homepage not even the adapter is shown in product-portfolio. So now i got a big problem using this card. If i start the Belkin-PCI Tool (wich is the same as the Ralink) it shows "No Device!!!". Maybe some of you got an solution for that problem? I wanna use wlan Thanks to all of you. SomniusX
Maybe if you give'em some Device ID's it'll help..!
Nadeo
How could i find out what are the device id's? They are not shown in the system profiler.
macgirl
DPCI Manager will show any PCI device ID on Mac. But RT61 has no Mac Intel drivers, just PPC. PCI RT2500 has drivers, USB and CardBus Ralinks also have drivers.
Asdrubale88
This is stupid...i mean...what if a Mac Pro user want to buy a wireless RALINK card...this just doesn't make sense!
macgirl
AGAIN Mac Pro does not have PCI SLOTS, it has PCI-E SLOTS ONLY, if you put a PCI card on a PCI-E slot it wont fit. Do you think they are the same?
