Just wanted to post a note that I have wireless working in Leopard with the D-Link WUA-1340 wireless USB dongle. I picked it up from target for $40 (I think).

This is on a Kalyway install. Basic jist is... install the driver form RealTek's website (http://www.ralinktech.com/ralink/data/RTUSB%20D70-1.1.3.0%20D71W-1.1.7.0%20UI-1.3.0.0_2006_11_10.dmg) and then just install it. Reboot, put in the USB stick, and it works like a charm.

I merely post this because I spent FOREVER searching for a USB card that will work properly with Leopard. Hope this helps out some!

This will hold me over until the drivers for my internal Intel 3495abg card are finished!

I've got Kalyway 10.5.2 on my HP Compaq 6510b laptop. With my Broadcom ethernet and Intel 4965AG, I gave up on getting internet working until I found this thread. I got my D-Link WUA-130 adapter in the mail the other day. I tried the D-Link drivers first, no luck, I have a WUA-130 control panel, but it says device not found. The link above to the drivers the author of this post used does not work. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it, I'm about to give up on the whole Mac OS X thing ;) though I would rather use that as my primary OS, it's much more reliable than XP or Vista, of which I have both.

EDIT: I just got it working, I am posting from my mac side. The link has changed, I could not get the D-link drivers working. I reinstalled Kalyway 10.5.2 with the Vanilla Kernel this time (IIRC I used the spedstep kernel previously). I also found the drivers that vijay s. posted originally.

The new link for the driver is: Here

Download the driver, install the 10.4 version, restart and plug in the usb wifi adapter.

note: The adapter lit up when plugged in, program popped up automaticly, found my router, but when I put in the password for accessing my network, the program crashed. Upon OS X asking me to restart the app, it was connected.

I've googled for WUA-130, but the results showed DWA-130. Is this the wireless adapter you are talking about or WUA-1340 like the first poster?
