MacUser2525
How do i know if there is a Kernel panic. I have 4gb of memory on a DS3L with Jmicron kext running...where or how can I check if I am getting kernel panics? I could get them every time by using the highload program memory testing option and you would know if you are getting them by the screen that pops up and tells you that you have had one. Skitals
Related question: Im running my DS3L w/o AHCI because I believe only 2 of the 4 sata ports worked with it back when I built this system. Is that fixed? And is there anything I need to install/do before switching on AHCI?

All four of mine are working I believe since the 10.5.3 update if I am not mistaken for the second part not sure as I have never used anything but the AHCI though I would say just give it a try it should work as is.
