I was hoping you guys could help/point me in the right direction, I'm after a 'freeware' software package for printing pictures at home, only real requirements are to do small editing to pictures, frames/effects, and being able to drag and drop pictures/create multi pictures so i can print 4x 4"x6" etc on a sheet.

must run on powerpc G5 running 10.5
