chingy1788 Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 OK I installed MacOSX 10.4.8 JAS according to this guide "Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].iso" http://asendure.wordpress.com/2006/10/01/o...-server-amd-64/ Everything installed ok, no crashes during the installation but after installation I just get a blank screen with an apple logo on it, no mouse cursor is displayed how do I fix this? I am using VMWare Server 1.0.4 Running Windows XP SP2 on a AMD Turion64 MT-32 (1.8GHz) 1GB of RAM Mobile Radeon X200M Chipset 160GB WD IDE Hard Drive In short, its a Fujitsu S2110 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WilC Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 I normally get this issue when there is a driver issue with the gpu/sound card. ok, this is what i would do... - do a search for kext for your graphic card... normally the kind people of the forum would include instructions on how to get it to work. - when you boot up your pc, get into safe mode (-x -f -v) **i think thats right**... this should let you into the system. if doesn't work.. try it with you install disc.
