The Reepr
I am in despoerate need. This is my last attempt. I have: -NForce 680i -2 GB RAM -Core 2 Duo E6600 -IDE Disk Drive and Hard Drive -SATA HDD -USB HDD's -GeForce 8800 GTS (320 MB) I know all of my hardware is supported becuase multiple people have reported success on this exact same setup. The chipset isn't the issue. I need the kernel, any patches, etc. If anyone can walk me through this I would be ever so grateful

mactigre
I dit it with XFX nforce 680i sli Core2Quad 6600 8800 Ultra 4 GB ocz cdrom ide writer sata 80 gb hdd ide 500 gb sata 250 gb sata Kalyway and ToH both works but I do recommend use Kalyway in my case works perfectly You have to check your bios and disable all cores and leave just 1 then with kalyway try option -v only with ToH use -v -x -f -legacy -cpu=1 Use guid to partition your drive... Install on your ide until update your nforceata when the installation process finishes boot again with your dvd same options enter terminal cd /Volumes/YOURPARTITIONAME/System/Lybrary/Extensions mkdir backup mv -R NVDAResman.kext backup reboot boot with -v if kalyway or -v -legacy -cpus=1 if ToH finish your install updating your drivers for nvinject 1.3, alc885, nforceata, network(detects but doesnt work) then return NVDAResman.kext to Extensions and edit your GeForce.kext, NVDAResman.kext, NVDANV50Hal.kext with your vendor and device id of your graphic card after install of nvinject 1.3 from macdotnub.info
