Hello. So right off the bat I just bought a Mac Pro, which is the first Mac I have ever owned, and the first one I have used in over 12 years since Jr High. ;)

As I am still learning the Mac OS X I have opted to install XP through Boot Camp. Now I know that you have to buy specific hardware for things like graphics card to work within OS X, but in the mean time I would like to get an ATI Radeon X1300 PCIe card I have to work as a second graphics card within XP as I have 3 monitor, and have my TV connected to the fourth plug.

Its a basic ATI card, not a special Mac version, and I have it plugged into the second 16x slot, but it never shows up within the hardware manager in XP. Is it possible to make it work? At least without truely hacking into my machine.

Also how do you boot into the EFI config on the Mac Pro's?

It's one of the 2 x 3.0Ghz Quad Core Xeon Macs btw in case this makes a difference on answers.

Thanks in advance for any help. :hysterical:

Did you install the drivers for the card in XP? If you did and the card is still not recognized in the Device Manager than you have a possible hardware compatibility issue with the Mac Pro motherboard chipset and the non-Apple certified ATI card, in which case the card will not work with your Mac Pro.
