DM-Rankin:

3GHz Hackintosh P4 (rosetta): 10-20FPS (It didn't make difference on which detail level I used)

1.2GHz iBook G4: 25-40FPS (Low detail) (

3GHz Hackintosh P4 (native): 85-120FPS (Semi-high detail)

^^

The Hackintosh tests were 800x600 in windowed mode.

How about somebody else post their results with DM-Rankin?

I can't be bothered with fps, but it's hardly playable with the gma900 on a 3ghz p4

How is is just hardly playable? Then the x86 part of the UniBin doesn't live and breath off raw CPU power like PPC side of UT2004 does, it might be using more of the GPU because of RenderToTexture, if you have it on, it uses the GPU more, which slows you down in your case (RenderToTexture gives things like soft-edge shadows). . .

Native osx86 install

-----------------------

cpu=3.0 ghz p4

memory = 1 gig

graphics card = ati x600 pcie pro

hdd = 2x160 sata

network = realtek 8139

Anyway i running ut2004 on these specs and it runs excellent fps=88 no more no less

fullscreen = 1024x768x32/16 only or in windowed mode 1024x768 - 800x600 - 640x480

But when i run on gma 900 performance is {censored} it even runs better in xp on the gma (lol)

I'm getting a problem with the CD Key too, it says "Invalid CD Key, you need to reinstall Unreal Tournament"

It won't run on your system anyway, you have a nVidia card (no hardware acceleration). About the invalid CD-Key, if that's happening, contact epic games (I tried finding an E-Mail address. . .).

I have the alt. installer but when i mount the ut2004 dmg and and run the alt installer, it doesn't see the dmg mounted.

mmmm, from reports it only works if mounte with toast. toast won't mount because it's a ppc app... so i burned the dvd. solved my problem.

with my nvidia it doesn't works but with my intel D945GNTL it works but if I try to load it on windows, it blocks my CD key and appears that message, then when I try to play it on mac the CD key is not valid anymore so what I do is use the fix installer and it works again but it I can't play UT2004 on various OS as I did with older versions in which I played in Linux and windows.

Dont no why your key gets blocked m8 i used my ut2004 pc key for it and it works just fine then when im back in windows its still fine

To install it, as the new installer doesn't see the .DMG mounted and because I didn't want to burn it, I just unpacked all of the .gz file from the .DMG and put all those directories alltogether in the Unreal Tournament 2004 dir the installation began to create.

And it works flawlessly.
