alvin777 Posted January 13, 2008 Share Posted January 13, 2008 Hi. What're the differences between the Darwin EFI on iAtkos 1.0ir2 vs. PC EFI on Kalway (supposing you use the stock/vanilla kernel)? Most importantly which EFI emulation will be most compatible when Apple upgrades to 10.5.2 or even to OS X 11.0.0 in the future and which EFI emulation will be more supported? What're the differences between MBR and GUID partitions? Most importantly, using one of the EFI emulations which partition would be most compatible in future Apple OS X upgrades?
