Overclock an iMac

I have searched around google, and found that all but the core 2 extreme is unlocked, so upping the clock speed is out. I have a New 20" iMac, 2.0GHz. I would like to SAFELY overclock it. I have never overclocked before, but I know there are risks involved, overheating etc. Seeing as the iMac is tiny, I can't up it too much, if it is possible. So my question, is it possible, if so how?

It has already been discussed: don't do it.

Overclocking an iMac is very much loke overclocking a laptop, something that you don't do.

If you can add RAM, that is the best performance improvement your iMac can get. Being OS X a *nix OS, it will take more advantage from added RAM than it would from an overclocked CPU.
