GimmeRed Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 Ok, I managed to get PS2 and battery meter working using the package found here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...7139&st=20# I realized that I may be installing the display driver files in the wrong places, though. I know the kext files go in /system/library/extensions/ (where they are chmodded using kext helper), but where do the plugin and bundle files go? I guess I don't understand why kexts made for the x3100 that have the same device id and revision work great on some laptops, while they don't work at all on others. Also, what exactly does the natit.kext actually do, and how does it differ from the other AppleX3100 kexts? TBH, I'm not to worried about getting QE working since this machine will only be used for music development (although it would be nice).
