Knowledge of how to install 10.5.1 update on your Hackintosh c. a 4:3 monitor (this method doesn't seem to be working on widescreen monitor) 3. Step by Steps a. update to 10.5.1, even if you are already using 10.5.1, install the update again. b. restore all the kexts and kernel you need, LEAVE every kexts regarding GMA950 & AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext ORIGINAL c. reboot, in the mean time decide which resolution does your monitor recommand. for me on a 17" sony display, it's 1280x1024 [from what i know, it worked on 1280x1024 but failed on wide screen resolutions. anyway, worth a try. it WON'T mess up your system] d. press F8 when boot up, type and replace 1280x1024 with UR OWN RESOLUTION CODE"Graphics Mode"="1280x1024@60" so it's an axe not a asterisk between the two numbers, and a shift-2 @ sign before the 60. don't mistype! e. if you're having the desired resolution in your system, then please reply and tell us what's the model of your mobo. if you failed, we hope you still have the courtesy to tell us. qualcuno ha provato se funziona? InsanelyOsx Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 La mia esperienza: GMA 950 integrata kalyway 10.5.1 > piccoli artefatti (cubi e mouse tearing), risoluzione max kalyway 10.5.2 > piccoli artefatti (cubi e mouse tearing), risoluzione max dopo l'aggiornamento ufficiale (LeopardGraphicsUpdate1.0) > risoluzione bassa e artefatti indescrivibili. Ho tentato diverse soluzioni, ripristinando alternativamente ma anche tutti insieme i file qui sotto, prendendoli dal pacchetto kalyway e installandoli con "Kext Helper b7": AppleIntelGMA950.kext AppleIntelGMA950GA.plugin AppleIntelGMA950GLDriver.bundle AppleIntelGMA950VADriver.bundle AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext ma nulla di fatto, ottenevo: risoluzione bassa e artefatti indescrivibili. Quindi ho tentato di ripristinare solo AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext e ho ottenuto la max risoluzione e qualche artefatto (cubi e mouse tearing) soprattutto nelle caselle di testo del browser o simili. Ricapitolando, se non ho capito male, dovrei ripristinare i 5 kext detti sopra, ma prendendoli da Leopard 10.5.1 originale. Giusto? Proverò... Ho provate tutte le iso e versioni......ultima provata ideneb 10.5.5 Ho provato a collegare un secondo monitor, ma non riesco a farlo funziona...... Ho provato cancellare i 4 kext gma950 + AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer...... In tutti questi casi, l'installazione finisce, sento la ODIATA musichetta.....ma il mio video RESTA BLU o BIANCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ho provato a installare sia Ubuntu che Windoz ed in entrambi i casi, funziona tutto a dovere..... DOVE SBAGLIO??? grazie e visto che ci sono....BUON 2009!!!!
