Special-K
The Classic to 5G is better. More than half the album art won't load up on the Touch firmware.
Special-K
How's that hard to understand? Your main menu has to have all of those on there and nothing else. First time I read it I got it right away. It even says 'if you do not have this exact configuration, your main menu will either malfunction or take you to the wrong menus.' That's pretty easy to understand.

(MoC)
I really do not think that this is the Touch FW. It is just a repacked edition of some iPod FW that was gutted and skinned....
scj312
It's just a graphics and layout update, it's not different base firmware.
insanelyinlove
Why no InsanelyinLove - it is just for Windows. Come back soon, and I'll be glad to help you out with any of your questions, just like any compassionate member who posts here.
JSn1™
It is the 5G or 5.5G firmware with some different graphics. It is very cool! Be sure to download the proper firmware (5 or 5.5). If you get a rebooting iPod (happened to me) just get into disk mode, you get here holding center button + play at the Apple Logo and Restore in iTunes. SteveStar
It's very buggy and it lags like hell. There is another hack, Hybrid 3.5, which is a little bit better. The graphics are better than the Touch to video hack (it even has a bottom positioned dock like in OS X). But still they both suck... I like the standard firmware (The only hack I use is the one which allows you to play downloaded games). btw no offence to the developers who put a lot of time in these hacks

But I don't want to spend a lot of money on it. I am thinking of buying an iPod Touch 16gb, I saw one for 200 euro:P
